Advised and assisted in the pre opening activation of core hospitality services for Mirvac's Olderfleet Building. This included review of service vision and stakeholder expectations to ensure offerings put in place were fit for purpose. Working with chosen vendors to build operating and service guidelines. Involvement with internal communication and marketing of services and products on offer. Creation of service delivery models and ways of working.
Engaged to conduct a Hospitality Services review including the delivery of a new internal support model for Partners and Clients and review of the Client Experience journey . Our engagement included time on the ground with client services and FM teams, key stakeholder workshops, review of their current ways of working and operating model.
Engaged to work with the National Manager to review current operating model and develop a fit for purpose operating model for the alignment of contracts. This included the review of staffing to identify skill gaps. Creation of multi skilled training program. Define core operating standards. Creation of Scope and Position Description for management of entire hospitality services function.
Engaged to act as liaison between the client, designers and fit out team for the creation and build of a new global HQ in Sydney. Oversaw construction and building works – upgrades, renovations, improvements – quotations, design input, service contracts and on site co-ordination of trades. Developed and managed the Head Office operational budget. Oversaw all related vendor and supplier relationships. and managed the team responsible for the day to day operations, functionality and sustainability of the Head Office function. Management of all communication of tenancy related issues, churn, space planning and liaison with building management and owners.
Engaged to provide hospitality consultancy and on the ground outsourced Concierge Services to Dexus Gateway Towers. Implemented operating standards and procedures and worked with the management team to deliver outstanding client services during a period of major building renovations.
Engaged to determine and deliver an Australian Unity Model for Support Services across all residential facilities(Retirement Villages, Aged Care Facilities and Serviced Apartments), encompassing restaurant and café facilities and services, housekeeping services, and laundry services
